I asked for my PDF to be converted to an EPUB and KPF. Later, I requested my ebook cover be swapped with a newer one, and today I asked for a couple of sentences to be added. They’ve done everything beautifully and quickly! The KPF loaded onto Amazon with no issues. I’m glad I had them convert my PDF instead of using an automatic converter because I tried the later and it needed a lot of clean up.
